Refund policy:

If a product is damaged upon arrival, please send a digital photo of the damage. If you notify us within three days after your order was received, we will replace it at no cost.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or provide refunds.

Shipping and handling:

In order to offer our customers a simple $5 flat shipping rate, our packages usually ship within 7 - 10 business days. Customers will be notified at the time shipping labels are created and can always track their package using the number provided in their notification email. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Hawaii and Alaska:

We do offer shipping to non-contiguous states for an additional fee. Shipping rates for those items available upon checkout.

Lost packages:

Once a package is delivered to USPS, we are no longer responsible. If your package has not moved in several days or has been lost in the mail, please contact USPS and file a claim. If you would like to repurchase the lost item contact us and we will give you a coupon code for 10% off your new purchase.

Care Instructions:

  • Machine wash inside out, in cold water, with like colors

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. (We recommend not drying on high heat as the performance will reduce and generate static cling)

  • Don’t use bleach, dryer sheets, or fabric softener

  • Don’t dry clean

Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.
